That only has a few sites on it though. They are the only ones i use so i guess it doesn't matter.

i use them both (whichever i install after a format). as said before, just make sure you dont go looking for songs (legal ones ) and download a 300kb one with an .exe extension. some common sense and a good av and your sorted

Frost wire wins imo. You get limewire pro features for free. also it is not the same company just the same source code with some changes. Plus I don't like what limewire has become in version 5.
