Default Free Online Storage?

Is there a company that provides free online storage? Just a gig or something?

meagupload has a cap of 500mb per upload. it use to be a gig but they lowered the standards, but they can store unlimited amount of files until 90 days which is pretty cool.

if you need to upload a larger file your best bet would to cut the file into little .rar's or .iso's and send them there or take the whole file upload it on a torrent site, make it private and go to where ever you need to get it and download it.

You could open a gmail account and there's a way you can use that for storage.

How do you use the gmail account for storage? Or is that not ok on here or something?
Torrents, and put a password on you file I guess.

looks like mozy.com has 2GB of online backup for free....don't know what their size limits for each transfer is,,,,you'll have to read up on it on their site if you're interested.

You can use gmail..

just sign up, and download this:

http://www.softpedia.com/progDownloa...oad-15944.html

this makes a virtual drive in your "my computer", you just drag files into here, and it uploads them to your gmail account.. you get like 2.8GB and I think you get unlimited upload..
