Free internet Radio & TV

Hello! Can anybody give me a bit of advice please? I fairly new to hyper space and have just had a laptop bought me for my birthday,aren't I the lucky one? Any way my question is,I have just come across this site live-player for live TV & Radio from around the world "free"......."just simply download & install.Now call me a cynic,but tou dont get much in life for free,does anybody know about this site and is it Kosher or whats the catch?? I've seen that and I think it may be a trojan in the program or something. I would advise against it.

yeah theres most likely a catch if its free because there are other clean things like that that cost money

you can listen to most decent radio stations officially for free online.
as for tv a UK only program called "zattoo" is good, and its free and safe
