Actually, that is precisely WHY they would use it.. ya know.
 
Well the argument was that you could easily see all the imperfections on the "stars" in high-res, so makeup doesn't really work any more.

Yeah I'm happy with the picture quality I get, if I could find a player that supports DolbyTrueHD be it blu ray or HD dvd then I'd probably get on (if the price is sensible!) ;)
