I've watched some. I have an Irish friend he follows it. I think New Zealand is supposed to be a dominant force.

New Zealand use to be very dominant in rugby union, but Australia has dominated rugby league since the mid 70's losing only 1 tournament in that time. Prior to that England was the dominant force.
