Anyone know of a good program to convert FLAC music files to mp3?

I used audacity. Just open the file, and export as mp3.

yeah but first you have to download that LAME.dll file first

You only have to download one tiny file. It almost literally takes 1 minute of your time. And then you never have to do it again.

I read something about a FLAC plugin for nero which will let you burn the flac files as an audio cd. Anyone know anything about this? I have been searching for it but I cant find crap man.
