A lot of people have trouble with older ones since they have refresh rates like 15 or 20Hz and a lot of GPUs won't do that.

Triple buffer v-sync man, it forces the gpu to match the monitors hz to prevent tearing.. theres an option to enable it in almost every game and you can force it via nvidia or catalyst control panel

Why not just build your own cabinet? It shouldn't be very difficult if you have some experience in woodworking. You can use an X-Rocker chair for a seat and use an older LCD t.v.

Im not that good with Woodworking,thats the thing

Although i have considered getting someone to teach me and then build my own cab
