Yup. That's why cartridge based games aren't around anymore. They're expensive and the storage capacity isn't as high as other optical formats.

Yeah which is a shame as cartridges used to load very fast and couldnt be scratched . It was also a very effective copy protection method
I think the last cartridge console out now is the DS
