well you need IE to get to firefox so its been good to all of us and WMP is like the only media player I have ever used and I have had NO PROBLEMS with it....ever.

i dont like windows media pplayer because i couldnt find a way of shutting it to the system tray (always in the start bar)

i use winamp for music!

and vlc for videos! never had a video vlc couldnt play proplerly!

Why should the EU have power over microsoft? Microsoft should do what you want. Since you are using their product, then it would be quite acceptable if there software was installed and blocked all others in my opinion.

If people don't like windows, don't use it. Simple

Seriously. It's their product. The EU has no right to force Microsoft and tell them how to produce their own product.

the eu was created basicaly for fair play

in the end, thats all they are trying to do: keep things fair - whether they go about it the right way is questionable, but it is understandable
