and the price on ebay to get a copy is something like 60 - 70!!!

then a few month later, they finally get the message, computer games don't make people go out killing, suddenly we are allowed to buy the game again and you find it in second hand bins for like 4.99

The same thing will happen with GTA if it is banned...

the real bitch is I didn't buy this yet because I don't like playing on my PS2 and was waiting for it to come out on Xbox, (experiance told me that vice city was much better on Xbox -if only because you can drive to your own music!).
Even i know my limits. i won't play Manhunt because it's so screwed up. Manhunt is the only R rated game i know of.

I played it...
it's none to exciting...

I pity myself for wasting money on it though,

(and yes I did buy it before the people were killed that sparked off the whole debate on that game -not afterwards).

I'm not quite sure what you guys are ranting about. Freedoms, how is he taking away your freedoms? He feels that a game with pornographic material in it should not be rated M and frankly he is right. It shouldn't. I believe that the ESRB realizes this too and that is why they are conducting an investigation. He is by no means saying that every rated M game should be off of the market. I personally do not see the big deal.

And to Niko I don't believe that he will loose. He has a strong case. Sure Rockstar covered it up well but if they realized that it was such a bad idea why wouldn't they remove it entirely? Ponder on that.

P.S. Niko you need to work on your grammar......

Edit: So Niko, about him losing....
