English pound passes the two dollar mark

Well, I've never heard HDD's called that before, my thoughts went to the 'raptors in Jurassic Park!!
yeah but theese raptors are just the name of theese special drives given by western digital , they are special drives that spin at 10,000 rpm and are super performance
 
dont americans make like twice as much though. besides if something costs 5$ in the states doesnt mean its going to cost 5 euros in the UK. it all balances out. besides i bet very few people can afford to travel to the uk in the first place and if they can they can afford the dollar to euro diference too
It's called inflation. The value of our money goes down, so the prices of goods/services increase. This can get very bad.

This picture I was once shown really touched me. It's from the 1920's when inflation in Russia was terrible. This lady is burning her money because the money burns longer than the amount of firewood she could buy with that.
