What % of the egg is ldl as opposed to hdl?

Crack a couple of raw eggs in a tall class of OJ and chug it down. I do that twice a week and my cholesterol is just fine.

How are your Salmonella levels though?

Why would you eat raw eggs anyway?... They are gross and it's a myth that it's healthier than cooked eggs.
