I signed up for an account some time ago under my moms name... it's been maybe two years since I've signed up... so if you wana get an account go for it... theres nothign really stoping you.

Yeah probably... but they're not gonna find out unless you ell them... "Hey hahaha I'm not old enough to have an account".
Like I've said I have an account under my moms name and I've had it for about 2 years now, it's still there.
