think about what you've done...

have you changed washing powders for your laundry,
have you wrn a new shirt with synthetic (or other itchy type) fibers...
have you eaten anything unusual...

if it's an alergic reaction a doctor will most likely prescribe a course of anti histemines,


uif it's strees then you shuold just calm down

A good quality soap fixes that problem, try Sapoderm it's pretty effective. Stress does not give dry skin, but you could be working up to getting a dose of Eczema

You could go to a place that you can have chocolate spread on all ober your body...including hot stones. This thing hydrates and gives you energy you wanted.

Yes a sauna. what a great idea!

U make it the right temperature for u, when some french ppl came here and we had the sauna like 90C they didn't like it that much.
I love it hot, and that really means hot. But u should try something like 60C or something like that so u don't die in there or anything.
