If you're a Dragonball fan, there's a "new" series coming out. Well, it already came out. The first episode was launched yesterday. This version of Dragonball is called Dragonball Kai and it is the same story that you already know with 2 major changes:

1. Its broadcast is in 16:9 HD.
2. The story line mirrors the mange better than previous versions.

Released in Japan? or the US?
Are they the same voice actors? the original Japanese ones annoyed me because they were too high pitched.

I don't know. I just saw it on youtube and did a quick search. It premiered on Fuji TV so it's Japanese, but I'm sure there will be English versions and subbed versions. I haven't seen the first episode yet so I can't comment on voices.
