Default Downtime earlier - - upgrading database software

I'm upgrading the database software which should help the white page issues

Database software update complete, seems a little quicker to me. this should will fix the white page problems

I got a database error just a few seconds ago.. I can't judge whether or not it's quicker, i'm stuck with dial-up at the moment, stupid scottish highlands!
