Ever since I found out about Linux and it's free, I've been downloading and buying disc from On Disk ever since :)

My favorite distro is probably Linux Mint. :D
It makes me wonder why we still use Windows when their are other operating systems out their. Even Chrome OS is better IMO

Isn't there an edit feature on these forums for fixing your own posts?

Oh, and you used the wrong spelling for 'there'.

... and I have a modest set of Linux CDs; my most recent acquisition being Ubuntu 12.04-desktop-AMD64 (beta 2).

yes, I've got a big CD folder, with distros back as far as redhat 8 (before it was split into fedora and server versions.

it's far from complete though. I mean I've not go every release of every version.

Plus I tend to flit between distros anyway.
on my desktop/server machines (now usually VMs anyway) I tend to use either CentOS or Debian. My PVR has Venus linux installed, that seems to be based around Debian and I can't change that.
