Some countries don't start and end their DST at the same time as the US. I was a little confused at first, then I remembered this interesting fact. I'm not sure why the time is different though.... Hmm...

The UK changes their clocks forward on the 28th of March on Sunday, officially the start of British Summer Time.

I think I found out why the change happens on the weekend....

Drunk guy 1 "Wait, dude, did the clock on my phone just jump from 1:59 to 3?"
Drunk guy 2 "Yeahh, man.. But keep on drinkin!"
Drunk guy 1 "Waiit woah.. That means we lose an hour?... That means we have to be at work an hour earlier than usual...."
Drunk guy 2 "S*it... We're screwed."
Drunk guy 1 and 2 **drinks some more**
