You can fly that approach on Flight Sim. It's more difficult than it looks.

not as bad as the one into the old hong knog, or as of now, the old honduras ones. you should see those approach plates!!!!

but that isn't that crazy. Sure, the pilots are above you calling out 20 feet, but they are not going to hit you.

this is a crazy landing: http://youtube.com/watch?v=bcS89Ktbxeo
that plane was totaled because A&P had no way to un-bend the airframe.

edit- that saudi arabian pic Mark posted is the result of the pilots not having a clue what they were doing during run-up, and the plane release the brakes because they disabled the ground sensor, which was beeping because the plane was not configured for takeoff, and it turned the brakes off to make sure that the pilots wouldn't land with brakes on.
*******Never mind, that's a 747, not an airbus, but probably the same problem....

With the plane under water and wings above the ice, it looks like the pilot didn't check the ice for thickness, and he broke through on the takeoff run/landing roll.

The one where two tails collided was pilot error in the taxi

EVA air is a gear failure, not pilot related

The engine falling apart is just the cover coming off, nothing wrong with the engine other than that.

The wing strike is a result of improper pilot training on cross wind landings, which are harder in larger planes, even though they are less affected by winds.

The Americana airlines is a tail strike, nothing on the airplane was damaged except the tail skid which protects the airplane for damage in a case like this

The other one is a flame out, which would have resulted in turning that engine off, then flying to the approach plate at that airport.

the other ones I have no clue.
