ok so as you know i have started to do a lot of video editing/production. my brother (11) has started to get intested, but he likes surfing, so we are going to make a surfing podcast (video). pretty much what he does is take news from other sites and paraphrases it. he gives them credit. but using the equivilent of camtasia studio could i legally show i like 5 second video screenshot of the webpage that has the news he is refering to?
