Default Convert CC's to Watts?

I Want to put a motor on my pushbike, but the law is anything over 200 watts must be registered and to ride it you must have a license. So,How do i convert CC's to Watts (Or How much watts is a 49cc motor)?

Well,I Just Downloaded a PDF From the RTA Stating that it's legal ONLY If it's a pedal assist,So Basically,You still have to be able to normally ride it.Otherwise its classified as a MOPED.

Here are a few ideas on how to attach it.

Could Even apply this principle

You can't calculate the power of the engine (watts) just from knowing the displacement (c.c.) - you need to know the engine's horsepower rating, then you can convert that to watts

hmm, you better hope the motor doesn't give out much more than 1/4HP because then you'd need to register it anyway:

1 horsepower = 745.699872 watts

And I've seen model airplane engines that have an output of 1.2HP - and they have 6.4 c.c. displacement

Wow.I Guess my only other option is using an electric motor,A 200w electric motor is still quite powerful.
