Default Constructive/building games

I've been looking for a constructive type pc game, preferably multiplayer. Not like sim city or rollercoaster tycoon, but like cube2 or garrys mod. Preferably first person. I really want something where I can build forts and stuff, and they have ctf or something on it. I already have sourceforts, so don't recommend that

Thanks!

Try the Real Time Settler mod for Fallout 3 (if you have it)

It basically lets you build your own fort anywhere in the wasteland. It takes awhile to get used to, but it's rather fun. It isn't like a complete sandbox (Like GMOD), but its great.

Looks pretty cool, but it's not multiplayer

I've been playing quite a bit with the L4D barricade builder script/mod, and this looks pretty similar, so I have a feeling I will enjoy it. Now to actually finish fallout 3

Thanks

Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm really not able to find much on google searches
