Default Computer Service call question??

Someone called me today and I am going to fix their computer. The problem is they cannot connect their Verizon V3m razor cell phone to the computer to transfer music. So, by what the symptoms of the problem was that they were telling me I am almost positive it is a driver problem. But, I never owned a razor so i have no idea how the music transfer works? Can anyone give me a basic overview of how you transfer music from Windows Media Player to the cell phone via the USB cable? Also, does the driver come on a disk with the phone?

Default Re: Computer Service call question??

i have a v3, they are not great, but anyway, yes. generic file transfer progamme comes on cd or can be downloaded from motorola site. it's rather basic but does have all the drivers etc. theres an option to buy a 'full' version but i would avoid it.

file transfer is direct drag and drop or import

hope that helps
