Question Computer Build

This Is What Im All Goin To have on my computer let me no if every thing is ok..

The excessive RAM bugs me a little bit because it will be a waste. I also don't trust that Apevia PSU too much. I would go with a PC Power & Cooling PSU and I would get some 800MHz DDR2 RAM.
