College

Colleges don't care about your weighted GPA. Give us your unweighted, it is more important.

I think with some good recs you could get into Carnegie Mellon. It seems around your grades (although I don't know your real GPA). You do have a lot of APs, so that helps. Definitely worth applying. UVA might be a small stretch, but you do have an impressive amount of AP classes already done, and those could get you in.

Vtech and Penn State = Easy in for you. Those should be safety schools.

Don't forget that it isn't all about grades and APs. Make sure you have good recommendations and that you put a lot of thought into your essays.
