COD 2 Multiplayer

I have had the game since christmas and have beaten it and would like to try the multiplayer ( heard it was godly ) but it seems im unable to connect or do anything like with the servers and stuff. I dont really no what to do since im connected to the interent i dont know what else could be wrong. Please help

Have you clicked get new list to make sure you aren't look at old servers?
