and in a few years time when his laptop is considered low spec and the ipad 5 is out, he's sure going to miss his kidney.
(and he'll probably wish he'd bought a dialysis machine with the money)

Reason enough not to. Besides, we focus on redundancy in real life with computers, why not focus on redundancy with the body. 2 kidneys are better than 1, and even though 1 can do the job, if one fails, the other takes over. It's like having 2 fans on the server, one fails, other takes over. Why screw the balance up?
Does iLiver have an subfuction to act as a kidney? Or is it part of the iHuman suite; created and programed by Josef Mengele. Also, do I need nike shoes to use it?
Thats just crazy why would he sell his kidney for an ipad 2 ,there is nothing more valuable than yourself and what he's going to do when another ipad comes out.It isn't even worth it to sell your kidney for money or even an ipad, soon the money will be gone and the ipad will get old.
