You could do the, "Home Alignment" Take a piece of string and wrap it around your truck taught(after bed is replaced), and make sure it doesnt touch the wheels, and runs through the center. And measure distance from the wheel to the string on the front and back of the wheel. This will check the toe in or out. Roll the truck forward and repeat to see if you have a bent axle shaft. If the axle shaft is bent, that might be another $200 or so. Depends. Idk what type of axle the F-150 uses... Is it a 5 lug??
