You could do the, "Home Alignment" Take a piece of string and wrap it around your truck taught(after bed is replaced), and make sure it doesnt touch the wheels, and runs through the center. And measure distance from the wheel to the string on the front and back of the wheel. This will check the toe in or out. Roll the truck forward and repeat to see if you have a bent axle shaft. If the axle shaft is bent, that might be another $200 or so. Depends. Idk what type of axle the F-150 uses... Is it a 5 lug??

is that wheel actually straight? or does it bend out?

you can just replace the truck bed as everyone else has said, and it is easy.

though to be honest, if it still drives fine you could also run it like that for a while! does it actually drive straight and true with no new things or effects, ike vibrations/wobbles/noises/pulling to one side etc?
