yes maybe one day they will, but then they're new ways will spread to other IPS's. To be safe, better not download illegally

Also, almost every torrent client out there now has an encryption feature that basically makes it scramble whatever you're downloading so it could just say, a 700MB word document called AXXO

i already found an alternative instead of torrenting.
but i still torrent, but only for hard to find things

gets pretty annoying when the file is huge and you have to wait because the DL limit exceeded.
