Hey,

I have an assignment in a writing course that asks me to observe a community and how it interacts with itself, how the members help each other, whether everyone agrees or not, etc. My first thought was of course CF. Do I have your permission to write an essay on this forum and it's community? Nothing private will be mentioned, and I will not bash anything or anyone. I will just write a report on the community. If everyone agrees, then I will of course write the report and post it right here as well.

Yes I don't see a problem with that. I could get in trouble though if you use any personal info on members here, so as you said nothing private will be used that should be fine.
