Default calendar program

i was looking for a good free calendar program. maybe one that can run on the desktop, so that it looks like it is part of the desktop. yeah, sorry if that confuses u. but any help is appreciated. thanks.

I'm not sure how reliable these might be, but a simple google search did the trick...

google calender, integrates with gmail, and google homepage etc.
