well guys i have recently lost my job (4 weeks ago) and have been lookin really hard since and no one wants to employ me so i jus recieved my last wages from my last job,
and i have decided to take a bald move and try my hand at my own business,
it will be selling greetings cards, arts materials, pencil cases etc, (arts and crafts)
but i have just bought 10,000 greetings cards for £150, i worked out even if i sold them for £0.10 each id make £1,000 (£850 profit) i play on selling them (depending on diff sizes) for £0.40 each so basicly im kinda happy at mo,
to start with im going to car boot sales every sunday, im currently speaking with a friend who has a stall at our local market and he says there is many slots availbale, im also currently building a website that will also feature custom cards, as my mum makes personalised cards. basicly i have expansions planned.
im doing this is all with my mum, dont laugh lol.
any advice on running a successful business, or any general advice.
