Default Browsing History

I remember once, a long time ago, someone showing me on his computer how to look at your browsing history. He went into an area where every web site he visited in the past so many months, or weeks, or whatever, showed as thumnail icons in this window. What was this and how do I get to it?

Its in C:\Documents and settings\*USER NAME*\Local Settings\Temporary internet files\

But You must have hidden folders viewable for this to work.

Firefox - History, Show In Side Bar
IE - Haha, for some reason, I can't even find the feature in 7.... I'm a failure.
