Default Branson Complaint Letter

This is by far the funniest complaint letter I have ever, ever read It's a letter sent to Richard Branson, the owner of the Virgin brand (in this case Virgin airlines) complaining about the food - I had tears rolling out of my eyes by the time I'd reached the end of it

Only you open the present and it’s not in there. It’s your hamster Richard. It’s your hamster in the box and it’s not breathing. That’s how I felt when I peeled back the foil and saw this:
Absolutely hillarious!!

I read in the footnote he called the customer. What was the outcome of that? Any freebies or compensation on the next flight?

Richard Branson called him in person:

Quote:
Sir Richard later telephoned him personally to apologise and invited him to select the food and wines for future Virgin flights.

branson seems like a pretty cool guy to me. i knew he'd ring up the person.
