I'm glad blu ray one because it looks like a superior format from the outset being slightly larger and with the support of the ps3 it looked like a winner.

One downside is I believe Dolby true HD was mandatory or on HD DVD and optional on blu ray

sounds like speculation on Yahoo's part to me, BBC news quote Toshiba as saying there are no plans to scrap HD-DVD

I wouldn't be happy with a downloaded game/movie though from a store. I much prefer having the product physically with a box, etc
