blocking a website

Is their any way you can block a website so you are unable to view it, so lets say the 123demo123.com or something and you want to block it so you cant view it any more, how can I block the site 123demo123.com?

Also is their a way to block it without when people visiting it will notice, something like when they visit it it wont say its blocked just show a blank page or something?

Erm. Not sure. You mean on a network? Or are you trying to block the page completely for everyone?

If it's a single PC you should learn how to use a filter, if it's multiple PC's use a net filter (Example: Netsweeper)

The library blocks things here, I don't really know how though. If I find out, I will notify you.
