Default BitTornado and Port Forwarding

I have a Belkin Router and I am trying to forward the ports so I can use BitTornado. I have the yellow light and i was trying to fix it but it wont let me APPLY CHANGES to the TCP port. It let me save the UDP but not the TCP. I put in the right info and everything (6881-6999) and etc. But how do i get it to apply the tcp...and get the green light?

Someone please help, I would like to use all of my bandwith.
