In photoshop you just load the picture, then go to Image > image size and then it'll have where you can adjust the pixels of the picture, just type in whatever you want and it'll enter it into the other box automatically.

Looks like the quality got degraded from the resize, but the Veyron is an amazing car. One thing that caught my eye reading about it in auto tech was that the brakes were tested to 194-50MPH over and over with no brake fade. 8 calipers that I think are made out of titanium. It's a reliable car too, there are a few test models with 50k miles on them of rough driving and still run and drive fine.
