He was off balance and couldnt make the brake, than i believed he attempted to push off but his hand pressed the gas and he also got stuck.

I think it was when he landed, he lost balance and his footing got lost. So he was pretty much going forward with his feet half dangling from the rear. Shit happens faster than you think. I probably would've hit the wall too.

The funny part was where the video editor kept looping the part where he hit the wall. But yeah, that must've sucked.
