Does anyone here make it? Whats the best way to make it? I have read some recipes where they dry it in a microwave,Does that work?

microwave will cook it. use a box fan and air filters.

Food dehydrator is the best way to make beef Jerky IMO

Those usually end up cooking it a bit as well.

Alton brown made one with a box fan and some clean furnace filters. The salt is the key.

More on topic: the only way I have made Jerkey is over an open fire. It was delicious, however I highly doubt that you would be able to do that.

What I would do in your case is simply dehydrate the meat and then cook it in an oven at 150 degrees for 6 hours or so.
