I'm sorry, but I've never seen a real raptor so I can't compare the 2.

I don't remember the jurassic park raptors being any bigger than any other dinosaur flicks with raptors.

I vote the raptor. I have seen Jurassic park enough to see that the raptor usually jumps onto it's opponent then proceeds to tear into the flesh.
I just don't think the bear would see it coming, nor be fast enough to do something about it.
