Default Backing up Folding

I have to fix my computer today, that involves wiping hard drive and re-installing windows, does anyone know how to save the (little) work ive done on Folding at home
PS im not sure if this should go here, feel free to move it

Where did you install it to? Its usualy C:\Program Files\Folding@Home

Your work is saved in there.
