Not a big deal, but why aren't non-moderators allowed to have there own? Not complaining, but wondering.

there is already a post about this in the comments and feedback section...
but since that's been locked, I'll just try to recall what David has said in the subject before...
computer forums used to alow custom avatars, but...
david found that people were using the forum as an image host...
so, the privellage was there.
the privellage was abused.
the privellage has been lost...
custom avatars arn't all that anyway...
I'll follow suit and lock this thread now as well...
to put it bluntly, the issue is not up for discusion.
