Anyone wanna help me out here?

Well I need the money, so even if they won't pay us minimum wage, I'm staying.
Plus if I last a few more weeks, I'll get a bonus (although it still isn't a whole lot)

Everything I've read thus far seems illegal, Imo. If it's a non legit Organization, Co. Etc, Then they make the rules as to what they will and will not pay until they get caught.

And I'm wondering that if it turns out to be illegal if this place you work at will owe all of it's under-paid employees (past or present) back-pay for their actions. I bet you money that if that happens, they'll either be shut down for their illegal actions, or will be run to the ground trying to pay their employees back.

first thing is that they are paying us $4.50/hr, which I know is allowed for the first 90 days, but it is gonna be past 90 days in a week, and they aren't planning on changing our wages.
I am wondering if what my employer is doing in regard to these laws is legal.

you answered the question for yourself, they are allowed for the first 90 days, after that it's not legal.

ask them if your wage will be changing since you'll be working past 90 days If they say no, ask them why...

Second is that they aren't paying any overtime (for people who work overtime) They argue that they don't have to because it is a seasonal job, but I can't find any mention of that anywhere.
they pay per hour, so they should definitely pay over time, but there is no onus on them to pay you time and a half for overtime or anything like that,

some people expect to get paid overtime rate for Sundays/bank holidays, it'll depend on your contract as to what your weekend rate will be.

Third is the poster on that page I linked. They have an old one from 1999 posted, with a Spanish one on top of it so nobody can read it. Is that allowed? It says on the page that it has to be posted...

Thanks to anyone who helps me out...I've just been wondering about all these things for a while.

cant follow the link, so can't help you there.

Basically, if you have 'concerns' you should address them with your employer.

but first get some real advice, don't go asking on forums, even so called legal forums are sometimes filled with 'armchair' lawyers who aren't really qualified.
you should be able to get some limited free legal advice.

you may find that you're too young for employment law to apply to you.

jesus christ $4.50 an hour? Thats like worse than china. Up here in canada we have a 9.50 minimum wage.

Find yourself another job buddy.
