Hey there!
I'm a long time developer (15+ years) and I've used Codecademy ('codecademy.com') to check it out as I mentor people starting to learn. I found it to be a solid resource but it's not the "end all, be all". That being said, there isn't a single resource that can fit that role. It's a demanding field and it requires professionals to constantly and consistently learn and absorb more and more every year.
That being said, it comes down to how much you want to learn about any given language and how you learn. Some people prefer interactive courses, some prefer videos (such as Lynda.com), and some prefer books. I prefer a mix of all three mixed with real working examples to practice everything you're learning as you go.
That all being said -- if you need any help, let me know!
