Anyone on NTL having trouble connecting to CF/layeredtech?

Is anyone else on NTL or not having trouble connected to CF and any other layeredtech server? specifically support.layeredtech.com ?

how many times did you try pinging them? maybe that packet loss was a freak accident. every once in a while a packet gets lost

Um I was trying to connect to CF and my server all day and the connection was up and down. As you can see from the ping, 2 replies at ~130 ms and one ag 430!

the server has been great today for me. no lag, and NO ERRORS ive been on, off and on for about 5hrs.
