Penn State and UPenn aren't the same:

Both are good schools, but UPenn is a little better. Penn State is not Ivy League.

I have a 3.7 GPA from high school. That is unweighted. I took mostly AP and honor classes. My SAT score was 2140 and my ACT score was a composite of 31. My current college GPA is 2.3, if I'm lucky. I'm not too focused right now. I need to find a less selective college so they will accept me on a transfer basis. Otherwise all the classes I took went to waste.

No, I'm currently going to community college. I'm waiting for my dad to get better and hopefully I can save some money.

My bad. I thought they were. I meant that UPenn is an ivy league school. That is the one I am thinking of going to not Penn State.
