Anyone know when this game is getting released?

I was watching the last episode of the Ultimate Fighter and noticed the one guy comment on a UFC game for the 360 and started doing some searching. He said it would be out sometime when the show is over which will be a few months away but I'm curious. I can't seem to find a release date for the video game UFC 2009 by Zuffa. Here is a fight clip from the game and it looks bad. Looks like it is for both the 360 and PS3 and I can't wait for it.
