Default Anyone know how to connect a TI-89 calc to the computer?

Trying to use a regular USB cable, but having no luck. Anyone use their calc with the computer? THe TI-89 has a mini-usb port on top, but the TI-connect doesn't seem to detect the calculator.

I got nothing besides the standards.
Try a different port, check for most updated drivers, turn the calc on and off while on usb, check for most updated software, etc.

EDIT: Did find these and thought they might help or answer some questions.

I've had that problem, I just went to device manager and deleted the entry for the calc and then reconnected it. Worked fine after.
