Default Is anyone good with PDA phones?!

I need help. I got a samsung SCH-I730, and I'm trying to get the Wm5 update on it.
THe program keeps saying I'm not qualified for the update. I'm trying it via Bluetooth. Do I have to use the cradle?

This is pissing me off.

I don't think Bluetooth would be your best option.

Always use the USB cable that came with the phone to do major OS updates.

I have found with most PDA forms that it has to be a wired connection to add things like WM 5 or new OS etc.

Mind you saying that I have no experience with that actual phone, can you not check the manufacturers website?
